How to Make Email Folders for Specific Email or People in Outlook

Email is now become the essiential part of our daily life. Every day when we login our mail server a lots of email we saw in our inbox. There are alots of used and unused email comes in our inbox. Its a very complex to search used email from all of them. To resolve this problem if you are using outlook then there is a very nice feature to rectify email by the specific people or email.

For example : Suppose i want that all the email comes from "xyz@gmail.com" is directly comes in the "XYZ" Folder. Same as it is you can create "Folder" and set specific email for that folder.


Below is the steps :

Step 1:Launch Outlook and right-click the "Inbox" folder on the left panel.

Step 2:Click "New Folder" and then type a name for the folder. For example, enter "Family" (without quotation marks) to make a folder where you can store mail from relatives.

Step 3:Click the "File" tab and select "Manage Rules & Alerts."

Step 4:Click the "E-mail Rules" tab if it is not already selected and then click "New Rule."

Step 5:Click "Apply rule on messages I receive" and then click "Next."

Step 6:Click the check box next to "from people or public group" and then click the "from people or public group" link.

Step 7:Double-click the names of the people whose messages you want to divert to the folder you created earlier and then click "OK."

Step 8:Click "Next" and then click the check box next to "move it to the specified folder."

Step 9:Click the "specified" link and then select the folder that you created earlier.

Step 10:Click "OK" and then click "Finish."

Step 11:Click "Apply" and then click "OK" to apply the new rule. All emails from the selected people are automatically diverted to the folders you specified.
